Dating Tips: Put your best foot forward: Hygiene
Avoid date body odor!

Looks like you just got a date. Good for you, also good for the dirt hiding under your nails. This brings the main point to mind, hygiene. Cleanliness is next to godliness or at least it will get you closer to your date.
Showers are always crucial. Before your date, wash away the sweat you collected during the day. Get out your best smelling wash and soak. Guys and girls, check your nails. Ladies, if you have nail polish on, make sure its not chipped or all over your hands. Guys clean under your nails and get that dirt you’ve been storing up out of there.
Be sure to brush your teeth and rinse with mouth wash so that the garlic toast you had for lunch isn’t the first thing your date will notice.
Another important thing to know is what deodorant works best for you. Not all brands work for every person, and you will want to avoid those unsightly sweat stains under your arms. If you have got a date or an interview, I implore you to get the deodorant straightened out at least the day before.
You need to always be prepared for everything, even the removal of your shoes. You would hate for someone to remember you are the one with the crusty socks on, so take good care of your feet. If your feet sweat a lot, it will cause extra odor. One way to cure this problem is to sprinkle some foot powder into your socks and shoes. If this doesn’t work, try combining the powder with changing your socks twice a day. That should do the trick.
Ladies, get your hair done and make up on. Dress according to your date, but dress still to impress. Guys, the same applies to you. Aside from the make up, you should also get your hair done and dress accordingly. Always take along some self confidence. You smell great, you look great, and there’s nothing stuck between your teeth. You’re all ready to knock ‘em dead.

Dating Tips for Men: Appearance is Important

Dating Tips For Guys

Are you a guy that has trouble on your first date? Perhaps your dating skills need a little boost. There are several things that can make a potential great date a disaster waiting to happen.

The first thing that a guy must consider is his appearance. A woman always takes into consideration a man’s appearance. Does he dress well? Are his clothes neat? Does he look like he just hopped out of bed? These are the things that a woman will consider before she will give a guy any attention.

These are things you should take into consideration when determining what to wear on your first date with that special lady:

1. Is it stylish? That is not to say that you have to look like you stepped out of a GQ magazine, but you should definitely know how to match colors and if your clothes were purchased in the 80’s or 90’s, you need to shopping!
2. Is it neat? You should not go on a date looking like you just hopped out of bed. Your clothes should be neatly pressed. Sagging pants are not ok, so please wear a belt! You shoes should not look like you just got through walking in a muddy rainstorm.
3. Is the attire appropriate? Your clothing should match the location you intend to visit on your date. If it’s an upscale restaurant, then don’t wear jeans. Likewise, don’t dress like you are going to an interview, if you are only going out to the local burger grill. You will look like you don’t know how to fit into your surroundings.

The second thing you must consider is your hygiene. For goodness sakes, brush your teeth and use mouthwash. If you have facial hair, make sure it is neat and if you need a haircut, make time to go get one. Also, don’t forget the deodorant. If you have body odor, that is sure to be a date killer!

The next thing you must take into consideration is the location of the date and transportation. Please don’t take your date to McDonald’s! That will be the last date you have with her! If you budget is tight, pick a low cost restaurant instead. If you plan on picking her up, make sure you car is washed and clean on the inside.

The last thing you must consider is your interaction with your date. Ask her questions about herself and don’t hog the conversation. There should be a back and forth banter throughout the evening. This the time you to try to get to know each other a little better so try to keep her interested in what you have to say, but more than anything else, just be yourself!

And one last thing – don’t try to talk her into going to your place if she isn’t interested. That will be a good way to ruin a good evening, so save all of that for future dates!
